Apostolos Andreas Monastery and Cape Zafer
A pilgrimage site at the very tip of Cyprus, restored in the 2010s, and the cape where the island fades into a chain of rocks.

Legend says the Apostle Andrew’s ship landed here and a healing spring appeared.
The buildings were restored in the 2010s in a joint Greek and Turkish Cypriot programme with EU and UN support.
The road continues to Cape Zafer, the island’s north-eastern tip, with the Kleides islets beyond.
Tips
- Dress respectfully.
- Dirt road to the cape — drive carefully.
- Spring water only into your own bottle.
